RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Original Artwork
All original artwork sales are final. Due to the one of a kind nature of original pieces we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your original artwork arrives damaged due to shipping please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jackiemorisette@gmail.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to find a fair resolution which may include a partial refund or replacement where possible.
We take great care in packaging all original works for shipping. Originals are wrapped, protected and boxed to minimize transit risk. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling after delivery.
Fine Art Prints
Fine art prints are produced and fulfilled by Gelato. If your print arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement through our print partner at no cost to you.
We do not accept returns on prints for change of mind.
Digital Downloads
All digital download sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered. If you have trouble accessing or downloading your file please contact us directly at jackiemorisette@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Merchandise
Merchandise is produced and fulfilled by Gelato. If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check size guides carefully before ordering.
Greeting Cards and Stationery
Greeting cards and stationery are final sale. If items arrive damaged please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
